Special Features: Guests spend their vacations either in the main house or in one of the two villas that the owners Paolo Kastelec and Philip Robinson have rented out on the sprawling Tuscan estate since 2000. The nine individually designed guest rooms are in the main house, a magnificent 19th-century mansion. Philip, a former film set designer, furnished the rooms in a unique blend of traditional and modern. As a result, classic Tuscan style blends with shabby-chic furniture, luminous fabrics, and contemporary artwork to create a distinctive, stylish ambience.
Fontelunga Hotel & Villas also welcomes gourmets from around the world to its kitchen. Guests can look over the shoulders of the masters during cooking classes and learn interesting facts about the art of cooking and about regional cuisine.
